What is it?

To us, inspiration education is a combination of things:

Integrity

Integrity is the bedrock of this organisation. We endeavour, in all things, to be honest, reliable, kind and ambitious. To be a great educator is to acknowledge the way that you are, the way that you speak, teach and handle situations. Our educators have a passion for education like no other. Our aim? To inspire your student and to show how inspiration of education changed our lives. Let us change yours.

Hard work

Working hard is one of those things that doesn’t often come easily. It’s something that requires so much dedication and in some instances, sacrifice. Our educators know what that is, what it means and how we can help your student see the value in it. Hard work starts with inspiration. Asking the why, seeing the benefits, and doing the work. Our tutors will instil this ethic into your students through showing them their strengths and also how much they are able to achieve when they (literally) put their mind to it.

Equality

Our founder, Fleur, completed two degrees in Sociology specialising in social inequality and public policy. It is what inspired her to create WeAre Education. Its in our slogan - we are equality, excellence and education. Fleur’s dedication to equality stems through her commitment to EDI in all onboarding with new educators as well as regularly reviewing our Equal Opportunities Policy. At the end of the day, this organisation stands for more than just ‘education’ its the belief that everyone should have access to an education that inspires them and that will allow them to access higher possibilities - things once may have never appeared feasible. Equality manifests through our commitment to cultural competency, disability awareness and general EDI. Nothing acts as a personal barrier - we are open, we are equal, we are allies.

Equality - what are we without it?

Interest

Taking an interest! A crazily simple concept but something that aids the smooth flowing and valuable interaction between tutor and student. To build an inspiration education, our educators take care in learning about our students. We care! We care if they’ve had a bad day that is affecting their usually brilliant attention in class. Our open and honest dialogue with parents and guardians makes taking an professional interest in our students more valuable than one might assume. By building safeguarded and boundary-led rapport with our students, they are able to understand our passion for education and our eagerness for their improvement. If it’s a quick chat about their week at the start of the session, or a social media phenomenon that is hilarious - we take the time.

Excellence

Excellence. Our aim, one of the primary aims actually. Goals matter and we at WeAre Education aim and succeed in getting your student to where they need to be. Our fantastic track record (check out our review page) in helping our students achieve their dream grade is something we hold very important to our educative hearts.

We work hard and we expect the same from students. If we don’t start this way, we get there.
