Welcome to WeAre Education! My name is Fleur and I founded this company in 2022 after having completed two degrees in educational inequality and public policy. For almost six years, I have been a private English tutor. In this time, the world faced a pandemic that changed the landscape of education. I found that a lot of my students had lost their motivation and love of education due to various inequalities and barriers to access.
It starts with the teacher. That’s why WeAre Education came to be - to put back the inspiration in education. Together, with my brilliant team, we are going to change the landscape of educational inequity. It is equity, not resilience, that will transform a student’s attitude to learning.
